The Golden Gallery held a showing of Gary's paintings during the months of June and July, 2008. Four paintings were sold from this showing which is very good!
Gary went into the hospital just a day or two before the opening reception for his show. We were very worried about him as he needed surgery to remain alive. We are happy to say that his operation was a success and that he is recovering well. In the meantime his wife, Bobbie, stood in for him at the reception. Here she is being Gary:
That is Gary's niece, Caroline, on the left and of course two of his paintings: The Pond and Sunset Silhouette. Gary's family was well represented by his wife, three sons and their wives, his sister-in-law and her two daughters, son-in-law, and granddaughter.
